Protein sludge blew my mind today...
Yes. I jumped on the bandwagon late, but seriously...amazing stuff.
2 Tbsp's PB
2 Scoops ON Double Choc Whey
Water to desired consistency.
Put it in the fridge for 40 mins and enjoy.
60 grams protein 14 grams carbs
Keto-diet suitable. Low-carb suitable. Bulking suitable if made with milk and more of everything. :P

Try doing that and adding 2 tbls of splenda and replace the water with about 4-5 tablespoons of Davinci's sugar free vanilla syrup (for coffee) and then put it in the microwave for about 50-60 seconds. This makes an awesome brownie. The longer you nuke it the drier it will be. 50-60 secs works best for me and even leaves a little bit of uncooked "sludge" that is warm and gooey right in the middle. You could also add about 1 tablespoon of sugarfree waffle syrup.

Yeah because there's simply no other type of food that's high in both calories and protein other than "sludge."

I think sludge will now replace my nitetime shake. It's seriously the most awesome tasting thing ever.
Before: 1 scoop choc casein, 200ml water, 25grams peanut butter, 5 ice cubs. Blend. Drink.
After: 25gs peanut butter, nuke for 1 minute, add scoop of choc casein, add just over an ounce of water. Stir. Freeze for 10 minutes. Eat.
So much more enjoyable as sludge, and they only difference is less water and no ice.
Sludge ftw.

I wish there was another name for it than 'sludge' Kinda a turnoff....lol!
I add in unsweetened cocoa powder and a bit of splenda into mine. Sometimes some walnuts too.
I like to nuke it as well, but only briefly so it becomes brownie like just around the outside.
