Smile pre-contest dieting

Help! I cannot find an example of a pre-contest diet for women anywhere! All the ones I have found are for men and if I ate that much, I would be 200lbs in 6 weeks! I should also note that I want to compete in fitness or figure competitions. I would also love to find a plan that includes the neccessary supplements. I know it will need to be tweaked for my personal body but I need an example. Please help!

If you are new to this sport I advise you hire a trainer. It's important that they specialize in nutrition because your diet is key. The diet will make you or break you come show time. Find someone that has experience in prepping clients for the stage. Your diet needs to based on your body stats...so you can't just pick any old diet...it doesn't work that way.

The only supp that you might need is a good whey protein to take the place of a few meals.
