PD Academy Prep....

I just applied for the police dept here and want to start training for the academy now so i can be in the top of my class. Only catch is i dont want to lose any weight and still keep bulking. Any suggerstion??

Run, pushups, situps, pullups, six inches, eat. Repeat. If it's anything like mine was.

I would start shooting practice too if you haven't already. That gets as many people as the pt does. Shoot from 0-25+ yards out.

thanks for the advice. usually shoot 100-200 rounds ever 3 weeks or so, so think i should be ok as far as that part goes

new goal: do dips and pullups with 260lbs. Incline bench 225lbs for 40+ reps. Increase leg strength
