Calories: Each Day I Should Take In 1901 Calories.
Protein: Each Day I Should Take In 238 Grams Of Protein. This Means Each Day Take In 950 Calories From Protein.
Fats: Each Day I Should Take In 30 Grams Of Fat.
This Means Each Day Take In 266 Calories From Fat.
Carbs: Each Day I Should Take In 171 Grams Of Carbs.
This Means Each Day Take In 684 Calories From Carbs.
I AM 220 LBS NOW AND I DON'T KNOW IF MY DIET PROGRAM IS GOOD FOR ME.
I WORKOUT 5 DAYS/WEEK AND I DO CARDIO 3 OR 4 TIMES WEEKLY ALSO 20/30 MIN
Food Program working-out days
Meal 1 : Breakfast: 7:00 / 7:30 AM
30 MIN BEFORE MEAL 1 LIPO 6X TABLET + 1 Omega 3 after breakfast
6 white boiled eggs + 1 scoop of Whey protein with milk (low fat)
Meal 2 : Snack: 10:00 / 10:30 AM
30 MIN BEFORE MEAL 1 LIPO 6X TAPLET + Animal Pak (1 packet 30 min after snack meal)
1 cup Broccoli + chicken breast grilled + 1 potato boiled + 1 apple 1 Grape fruit juice + 1 green tea.
Meal 3 : Pre-workout 1:00 / 1:30 PM
2 scoop of Whey protein with water
3 tablespoon amino liquid fuel
Meal 4 : Post-workout 4:00 PM
1 scoop Isopure Zero MIXED 1 teaspoon of Glutamine
Meal 5 : Lunch 5:00 / 5:30 PM
1 omega 3 after meal
Green salad + chicken breast Or fish Or turkey grilled + vegetable saut? (broccoli Or green beans Or spinach) + 1 small potato boiled + 1 green tea.
Meal 6 : 8:00 / 8:30 PM
Green salad + chicken Or fish Or turkey grilled Or tuna + vegetable + 1 green tea + 1 apple.
Meal 7 : 11:00 PM BEFORE BED
MHP probolic cream vanilla 2 scoop with water + 10/12 peanuts unsalted
I DRINK AROUND 4 LITER OR MORE WATER/DAY AND 5/6 CUP OF GREEN TEA
