Currently i'm doing
Legs/Shoulders
Chest/Biceps
Back/Triceps
is this good? or should i be changing it?
what about rest days? i'm doing every other day, but thinking about lifting more often.

Or you could split legs and shoulders into their own day. Also if you do that you could add in some traps and forarms to the shoudlers day"Every great achievement was once considered impossible."
