Dosage:
Week 1: 25 mg Ephedrine HCL, 2.5 mg Yohimbine HCL, 200 mg Caffeine
Week 2: 50 mg Ephedrine HCL, 5 mg Yohimbine HCL, 400 mg Caffeine
Week 3: 50 mg Ephedrine HCL, 5 mg Yohimbine HCL, 600 mg Caffeine
Week 4: 50 mg Ephedrine HCL, 5 mg Yohimbine HCL, 800 mg Caffeine
2 WEEKS OFF, THEN REPEATING CYCLE
Diet:
-Morning: 1/2 cup Dry Oatmeal, 4 Hard Boiled Eggs, 1 Yolk
-Lunches (2-3 hours apart): 3-4 Chicken Breasts, 3-4 Cups Fresh Broccoli
-Dinner: 1/3 Cup steamed white rice, Salmon, Cod or Swordfish, 1 cup of Brussell Sprouts or Broccoli.
-Snacks: 1 Banana/Day, 1-2 Cups of Grapes, 1-2 Muscle Milk Light Macronutrient protein shake, 1/4 cup of Dry all natural Almonds.
-Drinking a Gallon of Water a day to stay Hydrated.
-Heart Rate Monitor used to monitor my Beats Per Minute (BPM).
-Typical Hear Rate during Exercise flucuates between 140 BPM - 190 BPM depending on the type of exercise.
I am not going by the Scale on this one, but just the changes in the mirror. Attatched and labeled are some pictures and the Dates label the weeks.
Workouts:
-Laying somewhat low on my High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
-Circuit Training
-Full Body, multiple muscle group/multi-axial endurance training.

dosage: 2 x daily

Typicaly i will take it before i workout in the afternoons or in the mornings.

First ECY Cycle: 4/13/09 - 5/10/09
2 Weeks Off: 5/11/09 - 5/24/09
2nd ECY Cycle: 5/25/09 - 6/22/09
Dosages:
Week 1: 50 mg Ephedrine HCL, 600 mg Caffeine, 5 mg Yohimbine HCL
Week 2: 50 mg Ephedrine HCL, 800 mg Caffeine, 7.5 mg Yohimbine HCL
Week 3: 50 mg Ephedrine HCL, 800 mg Caffeine, 7.5 mg Yohimbine HCL
Week 4: 25 mg Ephedrine HCL, 400 mg Caffeine, 5 mg Yohimbine HCL (TAPER)
Dosage Split Daily:
Mornings: 25 mg Ephedrine, 200 mg Caffeine, 2.5 mg Yohimbine
Noon Time: 200 mg - 400 mg Caffeine Depending on which week, 2.5 mg Yohimbine.
Late Afternoon/Early Night: 25 mg Ephedrine, 200 mg Caffeine, 2.5 mg Yohimbine
Also added: Optimum Nutrition's Fish Oil 3x day, Universal's Animal Pack 1x day, Optimum Nutritions Nitro Core 24, 2-3 shakes/day (2 scoops)
Diet (Depending on time I wake up, each meal scheduled 2-3 hours apart in order):
-AM: 1/2 cup dry oatmeal, 4 Hardboiled Eggs but 1 yolk
-1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1 chicken breast
-Nitro Core Shake
-1 Cup Fresh Broccoli, 1 chicken breast
-1 Cup Fresh Broccoli, 1 chicken breast
-1 Cup Fresh Broccoli, 1 chicken breast
-Nitro Core Shake (if needed)
-1 Cup Fresh Broccoli, 5 Oz. Fish (Salmon, Cod, swordfish) or 5-6 oz. Bison Steak.
-Nitro Core Shake
My shakes are ingested typically one for a Meal replacement and one during my workouts. I typically work out either in the AM around 10 a.m. or in the afternoon around 4 p.m. Sometimes i may skip one of shakes during the day (such as a off day), Definately a Shake before bedtime.
So again, i am going to post Day one of this whole Cutting Cycle of 4/13/09 and the most recent pictures of 5/27/09, Also i have posted a picture of the meals i take in a day.
REMEMBER WHEN YOU CLICK THE PICTURES, SHRINK THE WINDOW SO THE RESOLUTION OF THE PICTURE IS NOT SO BLURRY DUE TO THE QUALITY OF A CAMERA PHONE.

OKAY so Im about to hop in the 3rd week of my 2nd cycle of ECY.
I am Increasing the Dosage of Ephedrine and yohimbine, and lowering the dosage of caffeine by 200 mg.
Week 3: 75 mg Ephedrine HCL, 600 mg Caffeine, 7.5 mg Yohimbine HCL
Week 4: 75 mg Ephedrine HCL, 600 mg Caffeine, 7.5 mg Yohimbine HCL
Also I Broke my knuckle on my right hand playing ICE hockey, so i have to switch up my workouts to exercises that wont hurt.

Be careful man, that's a lot of stimulants. Everyone has different tolerances though so only you know how you feel. Great progress so far and good luck with the rest of your cycle!

I went from 205 lbs to 185 lbs, on the weekends I will have a beer or two but I'm pretty disciplined and good about it. I feel great!

Keep in mind insulin really hinders yohimbe's effects. Try playing your with your dosages for better effectiveness.

Really impressive progress bud,
Having very similar goals, slowly trickling away body fat while maintaing lean muscle i find your results inspiring.
Ive never tried the true ecy stack and im wondering if you did any research into adding a thermogenic such as lipo6 black or anything.
After my pct im planning on running a brief cut before starting a bulk, ill probably use your dosages, and am wondering if you saw any sides when making the jump to 75mg

I didnt do any research in adding a thermogenic. The ECY is really effective as is. I didnt see any sides but maybe a little bit of jitteryness, but not really.
