    600g of Tomatoes

I just ate 600 grams of tomatoes in a salad with a whole cut up cucumber. It was delicious imo. I had 300g of chicken breast too.

My goal was to get a meal that's a little above 600 cals (came out at probably 700) and it filled me up pretty good, high in protein too.

What do you guys think of this? I could have had 100g of rice, but I decided not to. I'm on a maintenance diet as well. Comes out I've lost some fat as well as my abs are becoming more and more visible.

tomatoes are great! lycopene to the rescueee! hah. i like to put chopped celery in w/ 'em & coat it in an olive oil/basil mixture. mama mia! =O

try making tomato meat sauce. you take any form of ground meat & just add crushed tomatoes & tomato paste.
...it's kinda like chilli, w/out the beans & carrots. it's pretty much sloppy joes, i guess...just not in a sandwich w/ the bread.
    *drools* =(

Tomato anything is good brah. Throw em with some peeled (not seeded, the seeds are good) Cucumbers and an oil/vinegar emulsion and you're golden. Throw some chopped onion and fat free cheese into the mix and maybe some stale bread and you've got a beautiful salad. The Lycopene from Tomatoes is amazing.

ah, that's what i forgot! add cucumbers to the celery/tomato/olive oil/basil creation. it's basically "bruschetta", right there! =)

    ...i don't like it w/ cheese, though. =/ feta's alright. same w/ cream. & cottage is heavenly. but i hate parmasean/cheddar/mozza/etc. *puke*
