seriously..i ate chinese and pizza 3x a week usually and ice cream nightly, i gained from 100-145lbs initially now im just trying to maintain and get stronger i guess..im not stressing just lifting eating and living my life.
Some advice dont stress over meal timing or eating "clean" foods as much as just having some fruit veges and enough protein..and eating sensible. But when i say enjoy life i dont mean pig out on food..i mean dont not go out because u feel u needa eat ur meal at 8pm..no just eat it at 7pm and go out with ur friends for the night..some people get too anal about thatt kinda stuff..it's not good."Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right!"-Henry Ford

i didnt mean for it to sound like everyhing he eats has to be clean. but a lot of his food should be healthy food just for the fact of the food being healthy. its still ok to eat all that stuff - pizza, ice cream, chinese but i just see it as if you put ****ty food in your body all the time your going to get ****ty results. no pun intended.

dont forget about the -----> fish <----- i usually rotate, dinner = fish, next day, chicken, next steak, next pasta w/ meat sauce. then something random etc.. mix it up as well so u dont get bored of your meals and fall off the wagon. usualy a good meal for me is a hearty helping of one of the meats listed above, w/ like toast/rice and greens, protein shake to wash er down. example though, of eating healthy but w/ alot of calories. great lil snacks through out the day if ur working and dont have much time to eat. make some pbj sandwiches, or tuna sandwiches and bring em along, u can down a sandwich in a few minutes.

I take a weight gainer which helps when I can't eat a lot of food.

I saw a good YouTube video the other day about hardgainers and people who wanna bulk up, I think it was Brandon Campbell. He said don't waste filling your self up on foods that have so little calories and that get you full, EG: fruits, little calories but filling. Try foods like peanut butter, LOADS of calories and not that filling.
