SIZE ON (Gaspari Nutrition)

Any females out there taking Size On? I currently take Creatine before my work outs, follow a clean diet and eat the right amount of protein. I am gaining muscle slowly. I increase the amount of weight I lift each week, but I am hitting a plateu as far as muscle gains. I mix my workouts up so that my body is always guessing. My husband take Size On after workouts. I was wondering if it would help me put on more muscle. I appreciate any feedback.

SizeOn is definitely worth a shot. I strongly recommend taking it intra-workout, however, if at all possible.

Just remember to take it before and after your workout. Be sure to drink plenty of water. Half a dose should work well for you, however.

If you have been taking half a dose, and these are the results your getting.
Then up it to a full dose before and after.

You need to feed the muscles though. If you are looking at trying to pack on muscle mass. Your going to need to increase your calorie intake. Keep the foods healthy and full of protein, but up the calories.

The draw back is that when you are trying to pack on mass. You will always add on a lil bit of fat. Also, the ingestion of creatine has to be consistent.

Creatine will help you lift more weight. It will make the muscle size increase as well.

After the workout, the creatine will help fuse the myoblasts and the myotubes together inside the muscle. This will generate an increase in size over a relatively short time.
