I say go for it. Not having a off day every now and then isnt going to make you over train. Days like this when you are supposed to take a day off get me more motivated to keep on working out hard through the rest of the week. Even if you arn't doing the next day in your routine, have a conditioning day, cardio, or workout something that isn't quite up to par if it isn't on still recouping from a prior workout.
Do not demand that which you cannot take by force.
Ex fat guys club. From 345 to 225.
