    im doing a 4 day split, and today is supposed to be my off day but im bored. should I start my split over and just not take a day off? I DOOONT KNNOOWOWW

    If going to the gym is what you want then go and do some light stuff like abs, light cardio maybe the steam room or swim if they have a pool

    I say go for it. Not having a off day every now and then isnt going to make you over train. Days like this when you are supposed to take a day off get me more motivated to keep on working out hard through the rest of the week. Even if you arn't doing the next day in your routine, have a conditioning day, cardio, or workout something that isn't quite up to par if it isn't on still recouping from a prior workout.
    Do not demand that which you cannot take by force.
