After much research, thought and more research, ive decided to do a cycle. Very basic Bold 200 solo log. i am very serious about making progress and i will give an honest opinion and everything will be meticulous and strict. this week im taking off to rest up and preload milk thistle.
i will be running it at 600mg weeks 1-6 and the last two bump it to 800mg. since im not "seasoned" i wont run it @ 800mg the entire 8 weeks. i will be running reversitol only for pct. ive done two prohormone cycles several years ago with no pct and had minimal shutdown and no estro related sides. anyway, i will post more details and diet, training split, ect. advise and critiquing is always welcome.

I figured i would go ahead and post some stats while im not doing anything this week.
i really went over the MAX-OT routine and decided to start that with this cycle. i have been following Dogg Crapp but feel MOT will suit me better. I will be going all out balls to the wall with this. recording everything. Diet will be very clean but with one cheat per day. reason being is i have a VERY fast metabolism and i must do this to grow. i will be doing low impact cardio everyday upon rising on an empty stomach to shore off any excessive fat gains. Will be taking in roughly 3500 Cals per day. this will allow me to gain but stay lean as possible. Protein will be prioritized in the form of chicken breast, eggs, lean beef, and whey, while olive oil and almonds will be my two fat staples. Carbs are all complex in the form of oats and brown rice. I eat the heck out of oats. Thats prety much it. i will try to get up some current pics within the week.There's no such thing as "too big" or "too ripped"

I decided run the bold for 8 weeks at 800mg a day all the way through. just took 2 with breakfast a few hours ago. i will be picking up some fish oil today for support. Today i start max-ot. shoulders and traps today. im rested up and ready to tear it up. will post workout tonight or tomorrow morning.

Day 1 of cycle was yesterday. Workout was very productive. diet was great as well.
Shoulders/Traps
DB Military- 90x5/90x4/90x4
Side Laterals- 60sx6/65sx5/70sx4
Barbell shrugs- 315x6/365x6
upright rows- 135x6/155x6
good work done today. felt strong. definitely placebo right now as it takes bold a few weeks to kick in.
Diet
8am- 2 scoops whey/ 1.5 cup oats/ 3 tbsp honey/400mg bold
12pm- moes southwest grill (chicken burrito w black beans, rice, and cheese)
3pm- 6 oz chicken/ 1.5 cup oats/200mg bold
6pm- 1 serving torrent
8pm- 9oz chicken breast/ 2 tbsp olive oil/ 200mg bold
10:30pm- 1.5 scoop whey in water
also cardio will be done everyday except sunday. no sides to report yet. as my body adjust to the compound i will give detail. (libido, lethargy, back/calve pumps, ect.)There's no such thing as "too big" or "too ripped"

diet was identical to the day before. got a pretty bad headache last night. think i just slept wrong. it was in my neck and shot through my head. hurt bad. other than that nothing yet. today is an off day. i didnt do cardio today due to headache but usually do. todays diet will look something like this

12pm- 8oz lean beef/ two big wheat buns/ 2 slices swiss
3pm- 6oz tuna/ 1.5 cup oats/200mg bold

hit some shoulders and traps yesterday. had some good strength yesterday. here are the lifts:
smith military- 225x6/225x5/225x4
seated side laterals- 50x8/65x5/65x5 PR!
rear laterals- 40x8/50x6/60x6 PR!
DB shrugs- 100'sx8/130'sx8/150'sx8 PR!
i tweaked my shoulder a bit on the military presses so i didnt go any heavier or push it to the limit. everything else was sane.
diet was good yesterday

meal2- california kitchen bbq chicken pizza
meal3- 5 oz chicken breast/ 1.5 cup oats/ 200mg bold

had an excellent workout yesterday. hit back and bis. heres what transpired:
barbell rows- 275x8/295x6/305x4-PR! (no cheat "momentum" reps)
one arm DB rows- 120'sx8/140'sx6/150'sx5-PR!
CG pulldowns- 230x6/240x5/240x4 (no swinging or momentum. very controlled)
Barbell curls- 115x8/125x6
one arm curl machine- 125x6/140x5/140x6
excellent workout today. i was going nuts w/ the SB rows. i could have gone higher i think but 150 is the heaviest DB. I am starting to see my muscles fill out more and more. i am eating 3500+ cals a day so that might play a part. no sides to report. acne hasnt really started flaring up so i hope that continues. today is an off day. eat and rest. oh and im only running bold at 600mg/ day now. at least 6-8 weeks. funds are extremely tight right now.There's no such thing as "too big" or "too ripped"

xecellent work today. was asked by several people what i was on. growin like a weed. i weighed myself yesterday morning and i was +6 pounds. i have been eating like a beast so that in conjunction with the bold is whats doin it to it. my diet yesterday was really clean but calorie dense

I did a 10 week Bold cycle. 600 for a couple weeks, then 800. went from 184 to 198 (I am 38, lifting for year, did a couple minor 1ad cycles years ago)... after pct with some 6oxo I had around, I am now at 195 or 196. My measurements are about the same too. good product, the only problem is the length of cycle. I have two bottles left, need to get another!

had some good workouts even though i was under the weather. i am pretty much 100% and really gonna step it up and see what this bold can do. my official weight gain is +10lbs. my abs are still very visible. the only thing i will say is toward the end of th day i feel really bloated. like i cant hold my stomach in. its like i just ate a HUGE meal. i mean i eat big but its all the time. no back pumps or major acne to report

excellent leg workout yesterday. i tweaked my lower back tuesday doing curls and i felt it a little while doing hacks but nothing major. i got chest and tris so my back will get a rest and through the weekend.
im holding steady at +10. strength is steadily going up. really would like to put on another 5 lbs but we will see. the main goal is to maintain through PCT and beyond. im a solid 198 so i really havent put on any fat. still very vascular and cut up. ive really seen no major sides. of coarse ive only ran it at 600mg every day and considering ive made some impressive gains. i really dont think it takes 800 to 1000mg to see significant results. if your eatin to grow liftin heavy your goodLast edited by madskilzdirkis; 10-23-2009 at 08:42 AM.

felt strong throughout workout. weighed myself this morning and im up another 2 lbs and im still lean. total 12+. ive upped my cals a bit to really finish out the cycle strong. people are really taking notice to the size ive put on. ive really thickened up. especially in my chest back and legs. the three places i needed work. no sides really. i havent experienced any shutdown that i can tell.There's no such thing as "too big" or "too ripped"
