3 month progress pictures!! First photos
Hello, so I started my journey weight loss journey 16 months ago. I have gone from 298lbs to 208lbs.
At the begining of this year I started taking progress pictures to track, because I am not losing lbs but tightening up I believe.
Here are the pictures:
Front:
Side:
Let me know what you think, do you see a difference?
Thank you!

Thanks! It's good to hear from others what they think, because personally I can't see much of a change in this 3 month period. It's very frustrating.
Thanks for all the comments so far!

Thanks I appreciate it! This has been 15 months or so of work to get from the 33 to 18%. Hard, but well worth it.
So does anyone have a guess of my BF?
Thanks!!

Any guesses?
Also I'm a little unsure on the amount of carbs I should be eating. I am currently around 150grams is this to much?
Thanks

It looks like you have gained a lot of muscle but only lost a little fat-- but the overall look is much better. At some point you might want to try to cut back the fat just a bit... but as it is now you're looking good so it depends on your goals.

My goal is to lose this gut.
70-80grams a fat is to much?
Any input is appreciated thanks.

"Tubby" don't mind me I know very little of these things. I was trying to say you look much bigger but by no means "super lean" but I think you know that!
You should change your name to brawnyguy.

Dude great progress.
Keep doing what you have been doing, it is definitely working. No reason to change anything with the great progress you've been making.
18% bf seems reasonable.
