Who here in all the misc has the worst diet?
I'm talkin' bout dudes dat'll down liters of energy drinks, icecream, fast food, chips and sh!t and not give a flying phuck about mealtimes or w/e.
Just curious to see how you feel, your current health status and sh!t like that.
Cuz Imma be broke quite soon and I may need to neglect healthy cuisine for a while. But I still want to be fit.
So who is it? A 4-chan convert?

my diet is pretty awful at the amount of sht that I eat ( can go through a box of glazed donuts) but I normally balance it with fruits and vegetables

Oh that's cool but I assume you burn it off eventually via hardwork. How does inadequate protein fare if you've got no green to get that precious whey?

I would say when i have the munchies its terrible. last night I stopped by wendys on the way home and got 10 nuggets, large fry, large sweet tea and a large frosty. The stupid thing is everyday after I do it I wake up and hate myself. then do it again the next night. exactly why im stopping.

If you work hard enough, diet is kinda secondary as long as you're getting enough of the essentials.
Just look at Floyd Mayweather Snr. Ripped as hell, one of the quickest and healthiest men you'll ever see at his age, and he eats like ****

I go out of my way to avoid fatty/sugary drinks/foods but other than that I don't give a **** as long as it's got 25 grams plus of protein in it

I take that cheap protein from wal-mart, I really do think 80% of supplements overrated
yea i'm not a slouch, I hit the gym hard, even if my diet is fuk'd, I'll still hit the gym hard because thats my passion/hobby

I eat pizza and taco bell and stuff at least one a week, maybe twice. I don't eat a bodybuilder diet at all, but I make sure I always eat a good amount of protein and getting some veggies/nuts in. My physique is decent but I like being able to enjoy myself while looking pretty good. I would hate having an eating schedule just to look a bit better.

Good stuff. You're down with 80/20 hamburger patties, Chicken Fried Steak, hearty pasta-based dishes then? Not too detrimental? What would you say your average Saturated Fat intake is?
Yeah I do that once in a while, but I try to down tuna cans, and turkey breast as best as I could, but my primary source of protein are fatty cuts of meat.
The problem is at night I got sweettooth like Willy Wonka's dentures, and I got to have them chocolate wafers, that unnatural peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies etc. How to fix this?

really depends on the person, its hard for me to gain weight, so I need to eat everything and a lot of it. If I had to diet down for a show, then I have to go the other route.

im sure some losers who don't lift is way worse than mine, it's terrible but i eat a lot of good meat and other things too, along with the **** (hardees monster thickburger fries and shake is a fav, near 3k cals in a sitting 4tw)

very much so, I lost 15 lbs in the last 6 weeks since my surgery, but when I get back into the gym and eat like Koboyashi I get stronger and bigger then before.
