Whatup warriors.
First post here, figured I'd fill you in on the basics before stating my starting time and my goals.
I will be starting this on May 1st.
Just under 5'7, 195lbs (around 24% bodyfat). My current diet includes a good amount of microwave dinners, cafeteria-style cuisine, sodas, water, nd alcohol. I will be forgoing alcohol and beginning a diet and physical training program for both experimental and rejuvenative purposes.
Diet: Includes meats (with a focus on red organ meats and seafood), vegetables (the greener the better; also peppery brands and the occasional rich yams and avocadoes), fruits (for short energy 'shots' during the day), nuts and some whole carbs as an occasional treat, or when the going gets rough.
Liquids: Water (shooting for a gallon a day), herbal teas (ginseng and green being the staples), vegetable/fruit juices, and coffee for the occasional reward.
Exercise/Training: Bodyweight bodybuilding exercises. Expect a lot of logs detailing burpee and 'card' workouts. As regards my current physical obligations, I -will- include the times that I'm required to do cardio (work purposes), but my main goal is to see how fit and how much body fat I can lose -W/O- cardio in the coming months.

Not really calorie-counting, but eating til I'm full. I think the water helps too!
