Yeah, but it doesn't amount to much. Eat salad greens like lettuce, celery, spinach, kale, broccoli, etc. Also helps prevent constipation which a lot of keto-ers have a problem with.
Don't eat starchy vegetables like potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, beets..etc.1k.

They do, but as mentioned, they are so low carb that it's not a big deal. If you like, assume that all the green veg you eat in a day comes to 10g of carbs and 100 cals and don't bother weighing or measuring. Or you can weight and count if you like. Up to you. If you are eating non-veggie carbs, or root or fruit veg, you definitely do need to count.
65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
