My transformation ~13 months
Well, here's my transformation from fat to not so fat.
I made a **** load of mistakes that I wish I didn't take, but hey, I'm dealing with them now.
Tell me what you think.
start (april 08) 248 lbs
after weight loss (october) This is where I f-ed up, all cardio, no lifting up to this point. 188 lbs
Now (April 09) 182 relaxed after a weekend off
Pictures are not of the best quality, but I think you get the point.
5 day split:
Monday - Chest/Tri
Tues - Back/Bi
Wed - Shoulders/Traps
Thurs - Legs
Fri - Arms/Chest
Cardio - 20-30 minutes jump rope 3-4 times a week.
Supps:
ON 100% Whey
L-Glutamine
Multivitamin
Fish Oil
Diet:
Just Eating clean, not watching my macros that much to be honest... Egg Whites, Chicken breast, tuna, etc.

You've only lost 6 lbs from october to april or was that your bulk period? If it was your bulk, I don't see a significant amount of muscle mass gain. Good job on the weight loss though.

I tried cutting, failed. I just ate clean and kept lifting and thats what I got. Its gotten tough to lose the last bit of weight, especially while lifting. Trust me though, the strength difference is no where even comparable to what it was in the october pics.
Thanks on the comment guys.

nice man
i'd say get down to a bit lower bf% and then bulk.
the reason i say wait until your at a pretty low bf% is because of the miniscule amount of fat that will come with the clean bulk.
good ****ing job though man thats a lot of weight to conquer.

Your arms/back/legs look pritty lean, chest it nearly there too.
Keep at it bud.

No offense dude, but in 13 months you couldve done alot better. With little muscle to begin with to worry about, you shouldve been losing like 5-10lbs a month. In my opinion I'd keep cutting, keep lifting and lose another 30lbs and then start fresh. It's good work to start with none the less. I bet you feel 100% better

5 day split:
Monday - Chest/Tri
Tues - Back/Bi
Wed - Shoulders/Traps
Thurs - Legs
Fri - Arms/Chest
Hey your splits a bit over the place for example doing upper body exercises one day after the next is not good (Mon and Tue) as your not giving your upper body a reasonable amount of time to repair. try:
Monday-chest and triceps
Tuesdays-legs and calfs
Wedensday-back and biceps(traps and shoulders included)
thursday-rest
Friday-chest and triceps
then the next week that follows instead of doing chest again on the monday do back and biceps instead like this :
Monday-Back and biceps(including traps and shoulders)
tuesday-legs and calfs
Wednesday-chest and triceps
thursday-rest
friday-back and biceps
so you are alternating working the chest and back so you'll be working the chest twice and back once in one week and working the back twice and the chest once in the second week.
GOOD JOB ON THE WEIGHT LOSS AND MUSCLE GAINS KEEP GOING!!

Hey man, no problem. I agree 100%. Thanks, But on the other hand, I could have done nothing at all and be topping 260. With the little muscle i had, I did do exactly just that. My goal was to drop to 180, and I ended up doing that. I never expected this to go this far. Plus like any other bodybuilder, I'm never satisfied, and I won't stop until I am, which will be...on my tombstone?
first month I lost around 24 pounds, then just kept dropping from there. From april to october like it was shown I dropped a reasonable amount of fat, and I didnt have too much muscle to work with in the beginning. At that point, I just focused more on weight lifting, but that was coming from a noob standpoint. It wasn't until 2 months ago that I knew what I was doing, and now I'm just giving it time. I put on a fair amount of muscle, while dropping a minimum amount of fat. Its been 2 weeks now on a cut recently to see what's underneath.
FirsFire, thanks man, I appreciate it
Just always done this split for some reason since thats what I see everyone else doing.
I'll try your split next week and see how that goes, thanks.
Loose skin is sort of bad around abdominal, I'm just hoping it'll go away, which it should, I'm young.
Reason why I blocked my dong, idk, it was just there, dangling, thought I should block it. Brah if you wanna see it I'll reupload the picture lol
