Short torso hurts him (esp as he's 5' 7") but he's very thick and complete.
My routine:
Mon - Biceps
Tues - Triceps
Wed - Biceps
Thurs - Triceps
Fri - Biceps
Sat - Triceps
Sun - Rest
You can't see back and legs, don't waste your time with that nonsense!

Looks friggin massive, and seems his rear delts have come up a bit. Only weakness I can see besides the waist is his traps from the back.
The O is gonna be a pretty deep lineup with heath, wolf, jay, dex, kai, vic, freeman, branch plus silvio, DJ, and others.

His traps are looking larger from the front, one area he certainly needed to improve.

With the momentum of the arnold classic win if he comes in in great shape I just don't see how he will be beat.
No need to post a bunch of pics of heath...I know what he looks like and I am a big fan of his.

just watched the posing routine. Very well done. I liked that part where he was hittin a back double biceps and did that weird kind of walk in the direction away from the audience while still holdin the pose. From the waist up it made it look like he was glidin away or somethin. Pretty cool.
