No Energy..No biceps....

I've just dedicated to training after some years and have run into two problems which I'm chalking up to "I'm not as young as i used to be". The first is since I've started..weight has dropped off better than I want but i have NO energy...I'm already eating every hour and I'm eating clean and well but my energy levels are just too low..any advice?? The second swings to my bicep training...for some reason i can't get anything going. I do the excersizes..get the burn..reach failure.. next day its like i never did a thing...I've double and triple checked my form and have had others help me with it to no avail....again, any advice??

For the energy, go to the doctor. Maybe get a blood check too. You might be lacking a nutrient or two.

For the biceps, my biceps never feel sore either man. your not alone with that. But their still growing. Whats your bicep training look like?

Go to a doctor to make sure you're not deficient in iron or something else. You can try using an energy supplement prior to workouts to help you in this regard. Caffeine is the supplement of choice usually. I have also used Chocamine which is a similar type supplement except it's more mild and longer lasting than caffeine. I would also start taking B-Complex vitamin on top of your multi.

What do you do for your training. What kind of compound exercises do you do? Have you tried using lower reps for your isolation exercises like curls?

those, or get sum carbs my friend. even on my first cut i HAVE to have carbs up around at least 200g on leg day or im totally useless at work. try 150g's
