I was planning on doing HIIT on row machine and wouldn't know if this is acceptable
I would do it post workout 30 sec 100% 1 min 50% repeat for 10 minutes all on row machine
Mon chest/bi 10min HIIT
Tue low intesity row (30 min)
Wed leg/shoulder
Thur low intesity row (30 min)
Fri back/tri 10 min HIIT
sat low intesity row (30 min)
It is on an erg machine Is that overkill or does it work

I haven't tried it on the row machine, but if you warm up for 3-5 minutes, then do the 100%-50%-100%-50% swapping for 13-15minutes, then cool down for another ~3 minutes, you should get the same effect...
Don't forget to switch up your methods of cardio though.the crew that poop poop poops crews crew
