As the title says, do I possibly butt wink, or is this still considered a neutral spine?
See the picture in the attachments.
Thank you!

As I said in my last post. It isn't that you are winking; it's that you don't know how to control your pelvis. Your back is straight and looks all good until you get to the lower back/pelvis and the whole thing tilts downward. See below. Hamstrings could theoretically be an issue, but until learn to control your pelvis you'll never be able to diagnose any other possible problems.

keep your c-spine neutral when you deadlift. The problem with looking in the mirror like that is that you end up using a cue of pulling the bar "up", and end up locking the knees way earlier than you should.
I guarantee if you deadlift with a neutral neck, you can cue yourself to push off the ground and pull BACK instead, which translates into maintaining a slight bend at the knee, and transferring the rest of the load properly to the hams and glutes, so that hip, knee, and thoracic extension are achieved simultaneously.
back straight, neck neutral, dig feet into the ground...brace for the push with the legs, and pull BACK, with your neck always in a neutral position.
If you're doing something wrong, and looking in the mirror, sh*t isn't magically gonna get fixed. You're just looking at yourself doing something wrong. Stop looking in the damn mirror.
