dry throut after 3 loading days w/ creatine monodydrate.
Saturday i started loading on creatine monohydrate been taking 5grams "morning,lunch,dinner,and night before sleep, and this morning woke up and felt nauseous and eat breakfast then took my creatine and couldn't keep it down then threw out the day ive noticed my throut starting to get dry and it still dry tonight, ive been consuming 1 gallon of water and only one day out of the three i loaded on creatine i went to gym. does anyone else have this dry throut issue with creatine monohydrate?

Loading phase = fake bull****.
Take 5G a day.. One serving, and continue to drink at LEAST one gallon a day.
And for future reference, you don't need to "load" creatine.. all you're doing is hurting your kidneys and pissing it out.

Loading isn't necessary and also 1 gallon is pretty low water wise you should probably aim for 1.5-2 but i wpuld really lower your intake of creatine to 2 5 gram doses or 3 3 gram doses something of that nature

My first reaction from reading the title in the supp section page... just drink a ****load of water. Just keep drinking. And then some.
But don't drink a bunch of deionized water... that could be bad at many levels. Tap, spring, mineral whatever.

i woke up this morning again and felt the same issue took creatine yesterday morning lunch dinner and night around 9 and went to sleep at 11 with a dry throut then this morning before i even ate breakfast was vomiting again does anyone know wtf is going on?
im not loading this stuff anymore!!! i might just stop taking it.

Your water intake is too low, it's that simple. Loading works by taking 20-25g for the first 5 days to saturate your muscles faster... but just take 5g in morning on non-workout days (or 5g post-workout on workout days) and you will have the same saturation 30 days in as someone who loaded for the first week.

Try stopping completely for 2-3 days. During that time, drink alot of water. After that, if you are feeling better continue to take 1 serving post workout, and also continue drinking your water as if your life depended on it.

I think the problem might be that i was taking it before sleep at 9pm and then waking up in the morning sick. thats what i think is causing this im not to sure though.

Stop taking it for a few days, drown yourself in a few gallons of water per day..and when you start taking it again (id say after 2 or 3 days) dont take it 30 times a day...just take 5g per...pre or post workout i'd suggest
