    Lightbulb Zma

Has anyone had experience using ZMA supplements? What were the side effects good and bad? What are your opinions on the use of this supplement for women who are training for competition?

Can you tell me why I shouldn't buy ZMA? It sounds like it is just 3 minerals combined together.

One study showed the combination of zinc, magnesium, and b6 to elevate testosterone levels in weight training men.

In the study, they only took ZMA as their supplement. If you're taking a multivitamin, you should get these three vitamins and minerals already, so it really shouldn't be an issue.

I've taken ZMA for over 6 months and haven't noticed any difference. Check the supplements forum for info on how to make your own ZMA and info as to why its a bunk supplement.

The key there would be "weight training men". We dont have test. glands so its meaningless.
