Whats Up everyone? I'm just going to use this little journal as a place to keep track ofmy diet while doing keto.
Some stats 5'9'' 179.4lbs 23.6% BF Today was first day on keto
Goals increase strength while losing bf, plain and simple
Today diet was close to almost right here are my totals as of right now
1744/109g fat/189 p/ 30g carbs
tomorrow i will need to take in about 60 more g of fat and 3-500 more cals
im feeling really tired and having a slight headache.
right now im having some tea with a scoop of benefiber
going to go to sleep in a lil bit, will be back tomorrow.
