Yeah i'm rather new to the whole HIIT thing, never done it before,
Is the mourning the only best time to do this, because I still go to school and that would be rather difficult?
And im rather out of shape, so whats a good time to start off doing? 15 mins?

just do it on a treadmill. Set the pace, and jump on the sides when you finish your interval. I do a five minute warmup, set the incline on 12, set the speed on 10mph and go for 20 secs, then jump off on the sides and rest 40 secs, so on and so forth. You can do it on any cardio piece really, jsut up to you

ya i just started last week... id say maybe 8-10 mins.. obv itd be optimal if u can go longer than that.. but after 5 laps half sprint/half jog im dead.. thats why im increasing 1 lap every week.
