Yeah i'm rather new to the whole HIIT thing, never done it before,
Is the mourning the only best time to do this, because I still go to school and that would be rather difficult?
And im rather out of shape, so whats a good time to start off doing? 15 mins?Bench

just do it on a treadmill. Set the pace, and jump on the sides when you finish your interval. I do a five minute warmup, set the incline on 12, set the speed on 10mph and go for 20 secs, then jump off on the sides and rest 40 secs, so on and so forth. You can do it on any cardio piece really, jsut up to you

my gym has a track that i can use.. im out of shape as far as running is concerned but this is what i do..
my track laps are 1/8th of a mile
i do 2 warmup laps jogging.. then i sprint half a lap, jog half a lap.. and do it 5 total times.. then every week i up the laps by 1.. so next week ill be doing it for a total of 6 times
this too depending on where u live but if ur gym has a track u can use that if u want.. you can do it on a treadmill too as someone else here stated but that isnt the best option
