drop into ketosis or carbs only post workout?

i need to pick it up a little in my prep, im endo and around 172-175 rite now. i function fine wiht no carbs and dont flatten out much at all. however i was thinking of doing timed keto and just eat protein and fat accept post workout where ill throw in around 50 grams of carbs, my total for the day would then be around 75 grams of carbs per day?

ive done keto and it works good but i was thinking of keeping carbs in just to avoid getting flat and have a hard time carbing up.

btw if i go that low on carbs ill feel like **** if i space them out, pwo carb meal with protein and fat all other meals vs just keto?

If youre gonna have only a small amount of carbs in your diet, I would put them in PRE workout, not post. A lot of research supports the idea that carbs are not NEEDED PWO for recovery. Yes, they do help recovery to happen faster, but protein alone will get the job done. Personally, when im running low carb, I take the carbs in pre workout as priority......and then I have a little post workout as well.

^^If your going to keep carbs (which you probably should)
Having them pre-workout= effective workout, and you'll still recovery fine as long as your not doing anything drastic

drop the carbs completely with just eating veggies and have 1 very high carb day where you consume large quantities of clean carbs while still keeping the same caloric intake. Just bumb the fat a bit though dont do low carb low fat diets, its retarted.
