ever since i broke my wrist, my benchpress blows. my workout today looked something like this- 135x5, 140x4, 145x3, 150x2 155x1, 160x1. the left side is so uneven it just pisses me off. i rep 80lb dumbells for 3 sets of 5 in my right hand, and rep 50lb dumbells for 3 sets of 5 on my left its just so uneven. so whenever im bench pressing my left cant do ****, and my right side gets a crappy workout. it doesnt help that i broke both my left wrist and left shoulder within a year, so my left side is really uneven. sorry i just felt like i had to rant.(no emo)(yes kind of mad)

OP it doesn't matter if your right arm doesn't get a good workout from it or not. you won't lose anything because you arent working out. u need to build up that left arm strength again and equal it out to your right.
you will really end up with two different sized arms pretty fast if you keep doing what you want
