Well...The title says it all.
I'm still going to the gym today (I'll just try not to sweat too much and touch all the machines - and not cough), but I may be stuck at home later. What exercises do y'all suggest when I'm stuck at home? Tomorrow is arm day, and I hate missing arm days.
thx

Why would you workout when you have swine flu? Is the CDC letting you out of their tents?

With teh Swinze Fluze, you should limit your training to teh Tricept Kickbacks. The resulting test/HGH blast will keep your legs from shrinking.

Just make sure you wear flipflops in the shower. If your feet have already started to turn into hooves, use plastic bags.
