Right now Im too heavy at 230 and my thighs are ridicoulus huge so im going low calorie, low carb and low protein to drop total weight. I noticed my muscle mass and blood flow went from my upper back/ upper body to my lower body after running for 40+ minutes. Now if i want to shrink my legs then I cant run (better yet I need ti be in a wheelchair lol). Im thinking of just pumping my upper body with weights and swiming to decrease my size of legs.
Im 6'1 230 15% body fat
My diet
AM: ornage or apple or small oatmeal
afternoon: brocoli steamed
pm: handfull of mixed nuts
^^500-700 calories^^

700 cals??? no offense but that is a terrible plan IMO. You should keep your cals low but u still need to make sure u take in enough protein to maintain any gains. Not to mention, to me it just doesnt seem healthy to eat that low of calories

You bumped this thread for more advice? You're only going to get more people telling you how terribly wrong your idea is.
Your thighs are "ridiculously huge"? Congrats on that, go ahead and focus on your upper body.
You have a few extra % of bf to lose? Eat maintenance calories minus 500, healthy balanced diet, try to keep protein up to allow your upper body to stay strong.
Have a weird complex about the size of your quads? Don't walk around in a speedo. Nobody will notice.

It says when your body doesnt get enough protein it will rob it from your muscle mass; hence if i only work upper body out and only walk for my legs shoudlnt the muscle from my legs deplete?? Reps for input226 lbs....goal? 230 at 8% bf with 18 inch arms
