Question Where do I start?

I'm new to this place, so I apologize in advance if this is a common/redundant question but I am really curious about supplements for women. I am currently at a weight that I am happy with, but I am looking to build a little muscle. I've been doing some light weights (which I realize I need to start lifting heavier), but I was wondering if there is a healthy supplement I can integrate into my diet to promote muscle growth? I would prefer to hear about personal experience with a certain product. Thanks all

Well, first and foremost to put on muscle ya need to eat right, have a good, regular workout routine, and get a decent amount of sleep.

Those in check yet?

Next, for a basic starter stack you will want to include at the very least a multivitamin and some EFA's. Joint supp if ya need it. Protein is essential for building muscle, so if you need extra protein to hit your macros, whey protein is good for pre/post workout; ya can use for the occasional meal in a pinch (actually, casein would do better for a meal replacement protein), but it's best to stick with actual food. I prefer ON gold standard whey.

Creatine is another basic supplement that you can use to assist in building muscle. It comes in a few forms, each have their own pros and cons. Personally, I use GreenMAG.

Then of course there are all the pre-workout/NO/energy/endurance products to look at... honestly comes down to what your goals are and how much you want to spend. IMO, these are all just icing on the cake.
