    Cannot Lose Fat In Stomach/Chest

I've been lifting weights for over 8 months now and while I can definitely see gains in my arms, shoulders, back, legs, and even chest I'm still stuck with this stubborn fat on my chest and stomach.

I've tried dieting, taking supplements, working out 5-6 days a week and it seems like nothing works. It definitely gets very frustrating.

As of right now I'm 6'0 213lbs and 15.6% body fat. My calorie intake for a day is usually around 2400-2700, 65-80g fat, 125-150g carbs (average), 180-220g protein, and about 35-40g fiber. I've talked with my local supplement store and he even said I'm at the right place to lose bodyfat and if I go any lower it will actually be for the worse.

I take ON Whey/Casein protein, Tren Xtreme stacked with AH-89, Fish oil, multivitamin, calcium w/ vitamin D, Carbo gain (only after workouts 1/2 a full serving), and Kre-Aklyn creatine before and after workouts.

Keep doing what you're doing and add in some more cardio and maybe an energy supplement. That should do it.
