The B-12 vitamins and other bottles like it are bought at Walmart correct? I ahve always wondered in the quality of those as the prices aren't that bad.
Also where did you buy that big box of quakers?
Not really a fan of Archer's Farm, but a fan of almonds. I have to go to an upscale grocery for that, but unsalted nuts are the way to go.
Nice collection overall. repped. You know how some people have gay-dar? I have fat-dar. I can automatically tell if you're fat or not. And I also have cerebral-palsy-dar.

Oh I'm just getting what you meant, well bud the chicken would be good for you... the sweet potato considering it has the lowest glycemic level with the highest nutrient content of any root grown carbohydrate. The egg(whites) are obviously clean. The unsalted almonds are top notch for good fat intake as well as protein. Then of course there is the whole grain pasta with a low glycemic index enriched with nutrients and protein adding yet even more growing power to meal time. The tupperware has black beans, avacado, ground turkey and wheat pasta, a very very solid bodybuilder meal. The apples are low glycemic and great on the go.
I think you just weren't thinking when you posted that comment is all man, but I don't hate, I'm a nice guy. You on the other hand.... well...

Yeah, "nature made" vitamins are definately sold at Walmart. I would love to be able shop like you do, but alas, I am but a poor college student. Although back home in DFW I am able to purchase stuff from Sprouts, a farmers market. It is actually cheaper to purchase fruits/veggies/meats there and the quality is second to none. All the other food they sell other than that is all that vegan/organic stuff that you simply cant purchase in bulk. You cant drink milk that is $7 a quart.
Whole grain pasta is the way to go. Every since I went whole grain I haven't looked back. It might just be in my mind but I swear it is less greasy than white pasta.
And do I see Vitamin Water sitting there? For shame. I actually read an article where someone sued Vitamin Water because they pass it off as a health drink when it has as much sugar as a soda. This was about a half year ago, they might have changed it. I pretty much drink water/milk. And then copious amounts of beer on the weekends. You know how some people have gay-dar? I have fat-dar.
