If it doesn't go away in a week or two I would recommend getting it checked out by a chiropractor and/or neurologist. I have a couple mild herniated discs in my neck that give me similar symptoms. It would be better to find out early if you have something wrong in your cervical spine. Most people have some degree of bulging in their spine at some degree but if it's more than a tiny bulge you may want to know about it before you push it too hard. However, I have heard ligaments in the back and shoulder can mimic these symptoms. Either way I would want to know what was going on if it didn't blow over in a couple weeks. Good Luck!
