First of all, I would like to give a big, "thank you" to TinyMan and his SAN crew for making this promo a possibility. It was a nice little surprise to have this sitting at my doorstep . Over the course of this extended review I'll review the taste, mixability, digestibility, smell, and any other things that I observe while using Myo Juiced.

Alright, well I'll get down to it now. I have to start off by saying that I am not a huge fan of vanilla to begin with and I usually try to stay away from anything vanilla. That said, I don't have a whole lot of other "vanilla" products to base my comparisons of taste to.

**1 serving/3 scoops of Myo Juiced w/ 13 oz water**

Mixability:

9/10 - Mixed up really well, used a little more water than the suggested amount. Some settling occurred throughout the ingestion of the shake, but nothing that a couple of little shakes couldn't take care of. There were also little brown crunchy specks that settled at the bottom of the shaker. Maybe a SAN rep could let me know what these are. I was thinking they might be part of the Rice Bran?

Smell:

9/10 - Not an intensely strong vanilla smell, I would say it reminds me of a mild boutique vanilla. Pleasing nonetheless and not off-putting.

Taste:

7/10 - The taste really just isn't for me, it might be because I mixed it with water. But it tasted almost like caramel to me with a hint of "chem" vanilla taste. I think mixing it with milk will make a huge difference in the taste and I look forward to trying that route for the remainder of this log. A positive was there was absolutely no aftertaste unlike alot of other gainers I have used.

Digestibility:

10/10 - Here is where I am hoping Myo Juiced is going to set itself apart from it's competitors. I took this a little over 6 hours ago and I have not felt anything from my stomach/digestive system. From experience every single gainer I have used in the past leaves me with a weird bloated, "ball in gut" type of feeling. It's something I just came to expect after ingesting massive amounts of maltodextrin. With Myo Juiced using a variety of quality carb sources, I am beginning to think it makes a world of difference.

**Myo Juiced 3 scoops/1 serving w/ 12 oz Whole Milk**

I was in and out alot today and I ended up taking Myo Juiced twice today, once this morning with some oatmeal and then again just now. For this review I am going to base my observations off my experience with using it in some 100% whole cows milk .

I snapped a few pictures(pre-shake, after shake, and side view)







Mixability:

7.5/10 - For some reason this time around the product did not mix as fluidly as it did the first couple times with water. Maybe it has something to do with using the milk. Either way there were quite a few little Myo Juiced nuggets floating around this time. (Reference: Above Picture)

Smell:

9/10 - Smelled similar to the first couple uses, maybe a more full vanilla smell; possibly due to using milk this time.

Taste:

8/10 - I would say using milk I noticed an improvement in taste, alot of the tastes I picked up on in the first couple uses were masked by a more robust vanilla taste this time around. There are still faint tastes of what I noted earlier, but just not as pronounced.

Digestibility:

10/10 - I didn't notice any adverse affects from this mornings shake. I can't really report on how this shake has affected me due to the inadequate time to report it. I would also just like to add that the fact that I haven't experienced any of the normal bloating, indigestion, etc that comes with the regular weight gainers really testifies to the quality SAN has put into this product. It is awesome to drink as many quality calories as you are getting in this product and not have to worry about blowing up your restroom or feeling some kind of discomfort.

**4 Scoops Myo Juiced & 1 Scoop Dymatize Chocolate Whey w/13 oz water**

Have been taking it for the past day with nothing new to report. I switched back and forth between milk and water and there is definitely a definite difference in texture between the two. Water mixes really smooth, while milk has been noticeably more clumpy. I decided to take Myo Juiced postworkout today and added a scoop of Dymatize's Elite Whey(Chocolate) just to mix things up and get some extra whey.

Mixability:
9/10 - Mixed it with water, came together really well no noticeable clumps and only those small brown specks at the end again.

Smell:
9/10 - Once again it had that mild vanilla smell, but the chocolate whey added a hint of chocolate smell to it.

Taste:
8/10 - I am not sure whether I am just getting used to the taste or they Chocolate added to the taste, either way it tasted above average to me after my workout.

Digestibility:
10/10 - Once again, nothing to report here but total "awesomeness. No bloating, no stomach-aches, no nothing. I love it

Just got in from a a pretty decent workout, and figured I'd log my typical shoulder routine.

Shrugs
225x10, 315x8, 315x8

Standing Military
135x8, 185x8, 185x6

Upright Rows
135x8,135x8, 155x6

Front Raises,
3x10 (45 lb plate)

Lateral Raises
2 sets with 45, and 1 set of machine

Sitting Military/dumbbells
80x8, 80x8, 105x6 (gym is cheap and skips dumbbells from 80 to 105)

Going to take Myo Juiced with 13 oz of water and a scoop of whey, will note if there is anything off-key later

The brown specks you were seeing were indeed the carbohydrates. I find that in my little turbo shaker, the complex carbohydrates don't mix so well - I need something with a bit more mixing power . Good luck with the rest of the log, I'll be reading when I have time (which I never seem to have...).

Well I am nearing the end of this log, and I have consistently been taking 2 servings (6 scoops) of this daily. I am really glad I got the opportunity to try this, and I will post a full final review this weekend after some midterms I have to finish up this week!
