Really that big of a difference
is there really that big of a difference between bodybuilding workouts and strength workouts? I mean i see kids much bigger looking then me that are weaker on all lifts, is this because of genetics or a difference of workouts? I understand that strength is based upon CNS increasement of motor units acting upon muscle fibers, rather than increased muscle size.
If i were to change to a bodybuilding style of workout (after never doing so before) could i expect a quick gain in size to make up for my lack of specific muscle building. Will i lose strength or slow down in strength gains?
