Hey all, I've been lifting for a few years, and have been serious about it the last year. Using stronglifts and RPT lower volume programs, I have my bench up to 1x BW, Squat to 1.25x BW and Deadlift to 2x BW. I feel like I can take on more volume now, and would like to eat more to be able to build muscle and earn some size in the gym.
My diet has been at maintenance at the most, and usually cutting in that last year, so the lifts I've achieved have not been fuelled by a surplus diet, yet.
Any advice would be great.
