Had a meet today and...
It went OK. Have had better and i know it could have been worse. squatted 365 no poblems opener, then 390ish then went for a 417 and had my coach wrap me (ouch) and got up there, went down (real deep) and right when i started to go up *cruuunch, popopop* tore my inner thigh/groin/hamstring. damn near fell down, spotters had to get the whole bar. walked off in pain and in shame. god damnit does it hurt right now and i know i wont be squatted heavy for over a month...Bench went ok got 2/3. last one i finished but i got called on moving the bar up one side an inch at a time to get it up (sigh). Deadlifts also went ok, with my torn hamstring or what ever i opened with a 485. then went to 510, then went for (not quite sure) a 530 something (raw). I also finished this, but right above my knees the bar stopped and almost looked like i wasnt going to finish, but i kept going and locked. this was to finish in 2nd!!! and i got 2 reds....
On the other hand it was all for the fun and my brother did damn well so did my friend (it was his first comp)
Just thought i would share my experience. Any other section wouldnt care or understand.

Good work. Good to see you keep going even though you had that tear.
