    Question tighten up dat ass!

I'm tryin hard to firm my ass but I need some advise. Right now, I'm doing weight training that involves glutes but I wasn't sure if I should include cardio, since my bodyfat is low & I didn't want to lose any weight (5'2" 102lbs.) Any advise??

The more muscle you have on you butt and hams the 'tighter' it will become.

What type of movements do you do right now?

I do the following for hams and glutes?:

    Hamstring curls single leg
Legpress with feet high up on the board
Hamstring curls again but both legs
    Stifflegged deadlifts
    Lounges or stepups

I also do what I call buttsquats which is whilst doing a normal free squat, I stick my butt out as far as I can going down, then squeeze it tightly when I am back at the top.
