    Forearm Splints

Yeah, I thought it sounded kind of ridiculous at first but it hurts like a bitch sometimes.

I get really bad pain in the side of my forearm, between the bone and the muscle just like you would in shin splints. It happens only when I do preachers and sometimes it will be mild and other times it will hurt for a week or more. My grip is right and I don't put on too much weight.

Any way I can still keep doing them without the pain?

THIS. Really good info here. Dumbell curls with a stable writs (hammers or palm facing forward curls) are great. Good luck!

id recommend try strengthening your wrists. I had horrible tendinitis for about a year, and once i started strengthening my wrists, the pain slowly went away. Also i began to take animal flex and omega. Very, very good supps for ligaments, joints, etc.
Try looking around for those wrist exercises and then try thwem out. Believe me, once you start doing them, the pain will start to go away.
But dont do the exercises that really aggravate your wrists. Try doing like revesre wrist curls, lever raises, etc.
    Good luck bro.
