Hello guys. Any one could help with a doubt here ? I usually have dinner at 07:00pm, but before bed, around 10:00pm sometime I get hungry, I used to eat pop corn. Is this fine, or there are other options that I should consider ?

It will affect if you ate too much of other foods earlier in the day or if you eat alot of popcorn, but only you know that. Weigh yourself weekly, first thing in the morning and after the bathroom and watch the scale. Its most often only too many calories that will cause you to gain weight. The good part for you is, popcorn is a snack that is on the lower end of calorie range, especially without butter.
The best protein source before bed is a slow digesting one so foods like greek yogurt, cottage cheese or a casein protein shake. You can also create a similar effect by adding some fat with your desired protein source. For example, eating a salad with olive oil and chicken breast.
Word of caution though, if you've been eating popcorn every night and maintaining your weight, adding an additional protein meal in your diet (compared to what you already eat) may put you over your maintenance calories. You can beat this by eating less/smaller protein portions earlier in the day (or fats and carbohydrates).
AdamWW: popcorn with melted milk chocolate drizzled over is even better brah . I've seen it sold in stores this way as well.

Well you can do as you prefer. Some folks would eat more throughout the day if eating at 10pm was not convenient. Others (like me) always eat a late evening meal. It's the total nutrititional value of all the food you eat, and it's quantity of energy that matters. When you eat your meals is of little importance in terms of weight maintence beyond preference and satiety.
Try not to make this too complicated. There aren't any magic "Nightime foods."The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
