Anybody know how effective this would be used as a post workout?
This is a serious question...
It has sodium, and dextrose. Would it be beneficial for people who train at high intensity?

Would work.
Pedialyte also works great after a night of heavy drinking. Whenever I know I will be going out and having some alcohol I always stock up on a few bottles. Most major stores carry their own name brand versions which are the same thing but about half the price.Freedom is just a word anymore.
You're free alright, free to do exactly what the government tells you to do.

There's better electrolyte formulas out there and if you need a carb source then buy some dex or malto if inclined. You might need a flavoring agent as well. I usually mix a flavored bcaa or eaa product with some electrolytes and find it far better than gatorade or pedialyte.
Yes, there is indeed a deeper component to it all.
