Sugar Questions?
Hey all;
I am on a clean bulk right now. According to the daily plate, I need to be eating ~4,000 kcals a day. I have a couple questions on the amount of sugar I am/should be ingesting ->
1.) What sort of amount of sugar should I be taking in? I've been ~70-80g a day, too much? too little?
2.) What about artificial sweeteners? Diet sodas? Sugar Free Jell-o? Should I be worried about these artificial sweeteners?
