How many reps will you be doing per set? How many sets? How much time per rep? I have heard the HIT approach to Negative Only training(NO) But that's one set, with around 8 reps, each rep being 5-8 sec, to balls out failure, with heavy heavy weight, which is not good for your CNS, at least not good for my CNS.
I will do more research on diff. approaches to NO training. I would still keep the volume low and reps low. And would go 2-3 reps shy of failure.
Good luck and let us know how it goes, I'm guessing your going to be sore.

yea its gonna be a first time i use negatives, i hear people use them a lot on doing pull ups and such and have good results from it. Im only doing negatives with my bench nothing else. So it shouldn't be to harsh.
