2nd week. 2nd heavy leg day...
back heavy after a 10 year layoff... 2nd leg day was much better... though very intense. Pushed myself til I was a heap of twisted flesh on the gym floor. In two weeks I'm up to 196 from 189. Muscle memory is kicking in.... glad o be back. Thanks to all you here for the great motivation. I'm so glad this site is here. God bless.
