What do you reckon, should I go for 125kg and 92.5kg as my second attempt or third at the meet in a month?
Is there any way I can improve my technique?

You wont fail on depth!
Keep your chest up in the squat, you lean to far over.
I question going that low for no reward.
Was the stall on purpose?
I would watch out for the 50% of the butt on the bench rulling.
cause you are lifting raw, I would open pretty low, maybe 110 and 85?
Get your numbers in. It will help with nerves etc.

way to fight through the squats. just remember to push your head back into the bar when you stall and keep your chest up to help drive up more. good job though and good luck
