Still not losing weight...
Everywhere says I should't go below 12-1600 calories per day. I haven't been but am still not losing weight. In my profile pic I was at 104, where I like to be. I am now at 112 and not happy. I've tried watching what I eat, keeping it around 1500 cals or less per day and working out about 4-5 days per week at 1-1.5 hours per time - alot of cardio. Some weeks I've tried more weights than cardio and other weeks tried more cardio than weights. No change either way. Should I cut my calories further? Workout even more? Unsure but I know I'm not happy right now! I need to be at 104, not here. Advice is helpful

Perhaps your body is rebelling? I used to weigh a lot less and I don't lose weight no matter what anymore. Once I hit around 24 years old, my body just said "ENOUGH!!!" with the excess cardio and training.

Looking at your picts I've got to ask why you think you need to lose weight? Why 104#? It's just a number.
Aside from that, when was the last time you ate at maintenance for a week?

My pics are when i was happy with my figure - I was 104 at that time. Now I'm 112 and not happy. I want to look like the pic and don't want to take new pics at this point ;( What is this 'maintanence eating for a week' that you mention? How many calories is that?

Go up to 2000 calories for a week. Reset your metabolism and relieve your body of the stress of dieting. Then try 1500 calories.

1500 calories or less tells me you don't stick with a solid number. This is your 1st problem. 2nd, exactly what are you eating in your day? It's hard to give advice not knowing what you're eating. Most of the time it has to do with protein and fats being too low...so I'm going to say there's an off balance in your plan...

Also, changing up your workout routine from week to week does not give you enough time to determine whether or not it's working. You need to stick to a set diet plan and a set workout plan for several weeks, like I'd say 4, before you can really determine whether or not it's working. Patience and consistency. And when you start a diet, you start with your maintenance calories and create a deficit from them, not too much or you'll get overly hungry and not stick with the diet, I personally don't subtract more than 15%.
I'm also willing to bet that only YOU can even tell that you're 8 lbs heavier than you were in the pics. You probably still look great. Don't be so hard on yourself.

OMG i have the same stats as you i'm 5'2" and 111lb right now. I'm trying to go back to 103lb but this time with a lot more muscle mass (i used to be skinny fat). Anyway i was eating 1650 calories/day for a month and working out 4 days a week (weight training and cardio) but i wasn't loosing any weight. This week i'm trying 1500 calories/day to see if i'll loose a pound!... And I know what you mean about being unhappy with your body. Even though, i'm only 8 lbs. over my goal, i still look kinda chubby, IMO. I think it's cuz i'm only 5'2"!
