Yes i'm small. I stopped working out for a couple months, was sick a lot and stuff. Just getting into it and my strength is wayyy down. Just wondering because when i very first started i was like 143lbs.. now i'm like 149 and i look like this, i look pretty different which is weird because its only 6lbs. I wanna get up to 180. Just curious.. and bored.
