Sup. pic..

Yes i'm small. I stopped working out for a couple months, was sick a lot and stuff. Just getting into it and my strength is wayyy down. Just wondering because when i very first started i was like 143lbs.. now i'm like 149 and i look like this, i look pretty different which is weird because its only 6lbs. I wanna get up to 180. Just curious.. and bored.

As for the 6lb, you probably lost alot of BF, so you may of went down by 5lbs or so to go up by 11lbs if you get me.

Look good for a beginner though, alot bigger than me anyway

Should keep track of your BF%. Can do this via a digital body fat scales or by body fat calipers which are much more accurate if you didnt know. I would say you have more than 5lb of muscle on your for defo lol.

What do you mean strength is way down?

Well from the last time i worked out. I was doing rippetoes, and when i stopped my squat was 200 for 3 sets, bench was 155 for 3 sets and deads were 230 for one set. Now they are..

Bench - Missed the last couple reps on 145
Squat - Barely got 180
Deads - 185
