pick a site that works for you, and how much your injecting..
I use delts, quads and glutes.

I alternate between quads, find it easiest to inject - more control etc

glutes seem to be pretty safe if you can reach them alright.
delts are easy.
did 1 shot in each bi, doubt I'll do it again any time soon.
quads are easy although I found it hard to figure out exactly where to shoot. I actually hit a nerve yesterday causing a little muscle spasm nothing major but it freaked me out for a second.

glutes are my least favorite, have zero control of the needle it seems.
Recently started doing teardrops. Very nice spot, easy to control. Will probably start pec shots soon. Delts and quads are getting worn out

curiously, do you do quads sitting or standing (weight off leg of course) not sure if the stretch by sitting is detrimental. i have a few different size pins comming to hit all over. so I can rotate as needed.

done both, sitting and standing.. I actually found is easier to hit VL standing up, and VI sitting down, with a slight bend in my knee. Your just going to have to try both and see what's more comfortable for you.

Pecs are easy ones to do, it pinches the first couple of times but easily bearable. Rear delts are great painless and they hold 1-1.5 cc's, tri's are also great 1-1.5cc's also. Bi's are horrible, enough said. Lats are pretty easy to hit to 1-2cc's. Im trying to find out how to do ventro glutes ( hip ).

Did ventro glutes once. NEVER AGAIN! Hurt like a bitch! Surprisingly, Delts hurt less than glutes do and a hell of a lot easier.

You definitely didn't hit the right VG spot...I love that - just an awkward position IMO. I hit quads 90% of the time sitting down with legs bent around a 45deg angle right in the tear drop.

The more you inject into a specific site, the less it will hurt over time. I inject into my calves and delts only, and never feel pain anymore, even with straight prop.

I've done:
Glutes
Delts
Triceps
Lats
Pecs
Calves
Triceps
Quads
The worst one was calves since I hit a nerve. Every other location is fine with lats probably being the least painful. Never tried biceps cuz for some reason it just seems like those would hurt like hell.

I don't know how you guys do glutes. It's so hard to keep the needles steady with one hand.
I had to use glutes yerterday because I needed another spot for my rotation. I did one glute but could only get a ml in with all the unsteadiness. I took it out and shoved it in the other glute and slammed a ml in that too. My ass is so sore today.

Glutes are IMPOSSIBLE for me. My lats lock up - I can't even turn that much. Sad. It's like tying your shoe laces with one hand. Not gonna happen.
Quads are so easy. Seated, surfing the web looking at inspirational pictures. You are in full control. Both hands. I mean it's right there before, below you. Can't go wrong. I alternate them.
