Alternative to Decline Press, Hammer Press, and Hack Squat

I'm starting DC on Friday and the problem is that my gym has no hack squat machine, no bench for decline press and no hammer press machines. Anyone know any good substitutes for these 3 exercises that I could do?

if they have a decline bench (like for abs) you could do DB's on that as well as perhaps replace some Hammer machines with DB's

for the hack squats, I hear doing deadlifts with the bar behind your legs does satisfies this pretty well
Starting to suck a little less at benching...

Thats exactly what a real hack squat is. I agree should do this. Its kinda awkward at first but you'll get the hang of it.

Wow... That's the first time I'm ever hearing of that. Sounds real awkward, but I'm definitely going to try it out, sounds challenging. Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah I always thought that a hack squat was the bar behind the legs. Never used a machine for it.

For the Hammer presses, just use DBs and a bench, and you could replace the decline press with weighted (chest oriented) dips.
