Currently weigh 168lbs and looking to Bulk up is this a good Bulking diet?
MEAL 1

1 cup oatmeal
6 egg whites
1tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop whey
MEAL 2
*9:00
170g grilled chicken breast
150g cottage cheese
1 cup rice
MEAL 3
*12:00
1 tin Tuna
1 cup brown rice/ 2 piece brown bread
2 cups veggies
1 fruit
Agreed. Have a handful of nuts or seeds at each meal and you'll make up for this.
