Is my Diet good for Bulking?

Currently weigh 168lbs and looking to Bulk up is this a good Bulking diet?
MEAL 1
*5:30
1 cup oatmeal
6 egg whites
1tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop whey

MEAL 2
*9:00
170g grilled chicken breast
150g cottage cheese
1 cup rice

MEAL 3
*12:00
1 tin Tuna
1 cup brown rice/ 2 piece brown bread
2 cups veggies
1 fruit

MEAL 4
*2:00 (Preworkout meal)
3/4 cup oatmeal
2 scoop whey
1tbsp natural peanut butter

MEAL 5
*4:00 (Post workout meal)
2 scoops whey
1 banana
honey

MEAL 6
*6:30 (Dinner)
230g fish or lean meat
1 cup white rice
2 cups veggies

MEAL 7
8:30
150g Cottge cheese

as long as your protien is high enough and it's enough cals for you to gain weight, then yes, it's a good diet for bulking.

your protien looks fine, you could probably lower it some if you wanted to
