Advice on how to eat every 2-3 hours at work this summer?
Okay, well here's the deal...
This summer I got a job at a government contracting business sort of thing. I'll be working in the mail room delivering packages monday tuesday and wednesday. Basically, I'm trying to think of ways to eat every 2-3 hours, as this isn't an ordinary "teen" job. This is actually a very professional place with engineers and such.
They have a very nice private gym which I will be using through the summer which is nice, and they have a buffet which I am thinking would be a good idea to eat at, but i wouldn't be able to take a break every 3 hours... im working 8 hour shifts
any suggestions?

You could load up a tupperware container with anything, really... chicken, tuna, beef.. if they'll let you bring food. You could always bring a few wraps, too. But mixed nuts will provide you with protein and fats, too, and will be pretty convenient.

You should talk with your boss about your eating needs and see what they think about it. As a cook nobody minded if I brought in a protein shake and scooped up a heap of beef on a chip every time I made something.

with an 8 hr shift you're supposed to get 2 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch..
i dont see why u would have any problems if u were to bring food prepared with u to work
